Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information The Think Box (the trading name of Imperfect Studio) collects through this website and while working with clients, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, and the practice area and firm website you enter in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• When you become a client: the details needed to run your account and invoice you, plus the material you share for content, such as footage, photos, voice recordings and stories.

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies of its own.

How we use it

• To schedule and prepare for your call, and to follow up about it.
• To deliver the services you hire us for, and to bill you.
• To answer your questions.

We never sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

AI avatars and voice clones

If you're a client and choose AI-avatar production, we use your recordings only to create your avatar and voice clone, and those only to produce your approved content. Where possible they are created inside accounts you own. We delete our copies when our engagement ends or whenever you ask.

Services we rely on

Some parts of this site and our work run on third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google (Calendar for bookings, Workspace for email and files, Fonts for this site's typefaces)
• Instagram, whose embedded videos appear on our home page
• The production tools we use to make client content, such as AI video and voice platforms
• Our payment partners, who process card and bank payments

Embedded calendars and videos may set their own cookies when they load.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and email details for as long as they are useful for our conversation, and client records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet tax and accounting rules.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email bhanu@thethinkbox.in and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
