Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of this website and the content marketing services provided by The Think Box ("we", "us"). The Think Box is the trading name of Imperfect Studio, a business registered in India. If you have signed a service agreement with us, that agreement governs our work together and takes priority over these terms wherever the two differ.

1. What we do

We plan, script, produce, edit and publish social media content for attorneys and law firms, including AI-avatar video made with your permission. The exact deliverables, platforms, volume and price for your engagement are set out in your proposal or service agreement.

2. Your approval and professional responsibility

Nothing is published without your sign-off. We design content to respect state bar advertising rules and flag anything that may need a closer look, but we are not a law firm and do not give legal advice. As the attorney, you remain responsible for making sure each piece you approve complies with the rules of every jurisdiction where you practice or advertise.

3. Your likeness, voice and materials

If we build an AI avatar or voice clone for you, we do it only with your written consent and use it only to produce your content. Where possible we set these up inside accounts you own. When our engagement ends, or whenever you ask, we stop using them and delete any copies we hold.

You confirm that you have the right to share any material you send us (footage, photos, case stories, logos) and that sharing it does not break any duty of client confidentiality.

4. Who owns the work

Once an invoice is paid, you own the final content we deliver for that period: the videos, captions, graphics and any pages or email sequences we build for you. There is no lock-in. We may keep internal copies for our records and, only with your permission, show published work as examples of what we do.

5. Fees and payment

Retainers are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars unless agreed otherwise, and are due on receipt of invoice. We accept payment by card or bank transfer through our payment partners. Work for a month starts once that month's invoice is paid.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Your service agreement sets out your initial term and notice period. Where it doesn't, either of us can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice by email.

• Fees for a month that has already started are not refundable, because strategy, scripting and production begin as soon as the month opens.
• If we fail to deliver what we agreed for a paid month, we will either deliver the shortfall or refund the fees for the undelivered work, your choice.
• If you have paid for a month that has not started when your cancellation takes effect, we refund that payment in full.

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method, usually within 7 to 10 business days.

7. Delivery

All of our services are delivered digitally. Content is shared for your review through online folders, documents or messages, then published to the platforms you have connected or approved. Nothing is shipped physically.

8. Results

We work hard for results, and our guarantee is that we keep working at no extra cost until you have one worth sharing. We cannot promise specific views, followers, consultations or cases, because those depend on factors outside our control, including the platforms themselves.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by social media platforms, such as changes to reach, account restrictions or removals.

10. This website

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to The Think Box. Client videos shown here belong to their owners and appear with permission. Please don't copy them without asking.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will always show the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
